What are the details of the 120-day trial?

We are committed to the quality and design of every VERAGE product, and we strive to ensure that the images, videos, and descriptions on our website accurately reflect what we offer. We understand that the best way to truly know if our luggage works for you is to try it firsthand. That’s why we offer a 120-day trial on unused items, giving you plenty of time to test out your new suitcase and make sure it’s the perfect travel companion.


Here’s how it works:

  • Test it at home: Roll your suitcase indoors (preferably on carpet) to experience the 360° smooth wheels, and test its capacity by packing it with clothes to see if it meets your travel needs.
  • Leave the lock at 0-0-0: Do not change the lock code until you're sure.
  • Keep the original packaging: You’ll need it to process any returns.


Please note:

  • Unused products only: We can only accept returns of unused items in sellable condition. If your suitcase has been used for travel, the 120-day trial is void.
  • Return shipping fees:
  • If you receive the wrong product or a defective item, we’ll refund the original shipping fees and even pay for the return shipping!
  • Returns due to shipping delays, personal misunderstandings, incorrect color selection, or address errors not caused by VERAGE will not include the original shipping fees in the refund, and a $20 return shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • Processing: Refunds will be processed once your return reaches our distribution center.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

We kindly ask that you do not abuse the 120-day trial. Please avoid unnecessary returns, as luggage shipping costs are high, and excessive returns waste valuable resources, which can impact service for other customers. What is VERAGE's return policy?

We want you to be happy with your VERAGE purchase. Here's how our return policy works:


  • 120-day return window: If your product is unused and you’re not satisfied, you can return it for a full refund within 120 days.
  • After 120 days or used items: If you're outside the 120-day window or have used the product for travel, we’re happy to assist you with our 10-year warranty.
  • Promotions & bundles: Refunds for promotional or bundled items will be based on the amount paid, with refunds prorated for bundled products.
  • Product issues:
    • If we sent the wrong product or it’s defective, we’ll refund everything, including the return shipping.
    • If the return is due to personal preference, shipping delays, or errors not caused by VERAGE, we’ll refund the item price but deduct a $20 return shipping fee and won’t refund the original shipping cost (if applicable).
  • Refund processing: Once we receive your return and everything checks out, we’ll process your refund within 1-2 business days, usually back to your original payment method.
  • Partial refunds or no-return agreements: In cases where a partial refund is agreed, or no return is required, we’ll process the refund within 1-2 business days of the agreement.

How do I make a return?

If you’d like to return an item, please reach out to us at service@verage.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once we’ve received your return request, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label via email.


Here’s what to do next:

  • Ensure the product is unused: The item must be in brand new, unused condition, with all tags and original packaging.
  • Include the packing slip: Please include the original packing slip in your return. If you can’t find it, a printed copy of your order confirmation email will work as well.
  • Ship it back: After receiving your label, simply use it to send the item back.
  • Refunds:Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 1-2 business days after we receive the return.

About return shipping costs:

  • If the exchanges is due to an error on our part (wrong product, defective item, etc.), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the exchanges is due to reasons like choosing the wrong size, color, or address error, a $20 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
